Dr. Pilotte completed her education and residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine. She is fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with over 30 years experience providing outstanding care.

Denise completed her education and training at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1995 and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also an associate member of the American Headache Society.
WOMEN'S HEALTH SERVICES
Our practice offers preventative screening services such as cervical cancer screening, breast cancer screening, venereal disease screening (STI/STD), and routine blood testing. In-office Phlebotomy service is available for your convenience. Additional Gynecological and wellness services we offer include contraceptive care management, bio-identical hormone replacement therapies (including pellet therapy); and evaluation & treatment of conditions such as menstrual abnormalities, ovarian cysts, menopausal syndrome, Osteoporosis/Osteopenia, painful intercourse, urinary incontinence, and pelvic prolapse.
Dr. Pilotte also performs a number of minimally invasive outpatient surgical procedures, including but not limited to colposcopies, endometrial ablations, and dilation and curettage.
Our practice does not provide any Obstetric/Prenatal care, however we would be happy to make recommendations.
